Welcome to 1010Host. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by 1010Host ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

1010Host provides web hosting services including but not limited to:

  • Shared Web Hosting
  • Website hosting infrastructure
  • Hosting control panel access (DirectAdmin)
  • SaaS tools and utilities related to hosting services

Servers are primarily located in Singapore.

All services are provided on a best-effort basis unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Account Eligibility

To use our services:

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must provide accurate account information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1010Host services:

  • Hosting or distributing adult content
  • Cryptocurrency mining
  • Operating Tor nodes or similar anonymization infrastructure
  • Email marketing, bulk email, or spam operations
  • File hosting services designed for large-scale storage or distribution
  • Video or audio streaming services
  • Torrent hosting or torrent distribution
  • Any illegal activity under applicable law

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

5. Resource Usage

Customers must use hosting resources responsibly.

Accounts may be limited, suspended, or terminated if they:

  • Consume excessive server resources
  • Impact server stability
  • Cause degradation of service for other customers

We reserve the right to take corrective action when necessary.

6. Payments and Billing

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Vietnamese QR Payment Systems
  • Stripe

All services must be paid in advance.

Failure to pay for services may result in service suspension or termination.

7. Refund Policy

1010Host offers a 14-day refund policy for new hosting services.

Refund conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase
  • Refunds may not apply to additional services or add-ons
  • Abuse of the refund policy may result in denial of refund requests

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

8. Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended for:

  • Non-payment
  • Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
  • Security concerns
  • Abuse complaints

Suspension timeline for non-payment:

  • Account suspended after 3 days of overdue payment
  • Account deleted after 30 days of suspension

Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

9. Backups

1010Host does not guarantee backups of customer data.

Customers are fully responsible for maintaining their own backups.

Loss of data due to system failure, user error, or service interruption is the responsibility of the account holder.

10. Abuse and Legal Compliance

1010Host responds to abuse reports and legal requests.

Examples include:

  • Copyright violations
  • Malware hosting
  • Fraud or phishing activities
  • Illegal content distribution

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts when credible abuse reports are received.

11. Limitation of Liability

1010Host shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions
  • Business losses
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

12. Service Availability

While we aim to maintain high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, technical issues, or infrastructure problems may occasionally cause downtime.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes will become effective upon publication on our website.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
